As the Democratic primary dragged on, we knew we needed a strong showing in Indiana to wrap up the nomination.
We decided to close the campaign with a different style of ad – a two-minute story of Obama’s past career and vision for the future. We knew the crux of this story – that Obama represented a real change from the politics of the past – would pay dividends both in the Indiana primary before us, and in the general election that was (hopefully) to begin shortly.
