Stephanie Waters
Stephanie Waters began working as a production intern for AKPD this summer, organizing and logging tapes from the Obama for America campaign. She was recently brought on as Production Assistant.
Stephanie interned for a year and a half in the audiovisual archives of the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library and Museum in Boston. At JFK she digitized materials, reprocessed the Kennedy Family Collection of photographs, and worked with a variety of researchers to provide film, photograph, and audio reproductions.
Stephanie also interned for a semester at The Smithsonian Associates in Washington, D.C., assisting with the logistics of planning programs that spread the Smithsonian’s resources across the country.
Stephanie earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Emerson College in Boston with a double major in Media Production and Political Communication.
